The Efficacy Of Argatroban In Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Argatroban in treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patients within 4.5~48 hours onset.Methods: 150 patients with ACI were included for observation from Jan.2014 to Sep.2015 in department of neurology and emergency in Changshu NO.1 people’s hospital.They were randomly divided into three groups : argatroban group( n = 50),ozagrel group( n =50)and control group( n = 50).The argatroban subgroup were defined according to the different duration from onset of the disease : group A(4.5~24h, n=35) and group B(24~48h, n=15). The results of MESSS and mRS scores after 7 days and after 14 days treatment were compared. The safety of treatment was also observed.Results: 1. The scores of MESSS were improved than the scores of before curing(P<0.01)in all three groups. and the scores of mRS in argatroban group also showed a improvement after 7 days and 14 days treatment(P =0.044,0.000),but the chang of mRS scores before and after treatment with ozagrel and control drugs showed no difference(P>0.05). 2.The effective rate of the three groups: argatroban group 98%,ozagrel group 90% and control group is 90%.The effective rate of the three groups had no difference.(P =0.126). 3.There were no difference between A and B group of the change of MESSS and mRS score.( P>0.05).4.During the treatment, there was no adverse reaction, such as serious hemorrhage. Their blood and urine routine test,hepatic and renal function were all in normal state before and after treatment.Conclusion :There were good clinical efficacy and safety of argatroban administrated within 4.5~ 48 hours onset in part acute cerebral infarction patients.
