Study On The Distribution Of TCM Constitution Of The Stroke In High Risk Groups

Objective:Through to the people at high risk for stroke in traditional Chinese medicine physique determination and analysis of stroke risk groups of traditional Chinese medicine physique distribution, provide the basis for intervention in stroke risk groups of Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the ministry of health of the cerebral apoplexy in 2014 high-risk population screening and intervention project handbook, on the second people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine health check-up crowd management center in accordance with the inclusion criteria of stroke risk factors were analyzed, and then select stroke risk groups;According to the Chinese medicine constitution classification and determine the scale of screening people at high risk for stroke of traditional Chinese medicine physique determination, analysis the stroke distribution regularity of high-risk groups of TCM constitution.Results:1.412 cases of this topic out information incomplete, collected 12749 cases of the object of study. The high-risk groups of TCM constitution type stroke population distribution is:gentleness type> qi-deficiency type> phlegm-wet type> wet-heat type> yang-deficiency type> qi depression type> yin-deficiency type> blood-stasis type>normal and allergic type.On the distribution of gender, the male is similar to the overall distribution, women in the mass of the qi depression type and yin-deficiency type increased.40～50 years old age is similar to the overall distribution,51～60 years old age the yang-deficiency type increased, yang-deficiency type and yin-deficiency type is also increased on the 61～70 years old age. Qi-deficiency type, yang-deficiency type are gradually rising trend in three age groups, qi depression type is declining gradually.4. High-risk groups each stroke TCM constitution on the distribution of risk factors, in addition to the special talents and constitution, the remaining eight physical roughly with dyslipidemia, rarely obvious sport, smoking and being overweight or obese ranked before the four risk factors and the distribution of risk factors and no much difference.5. In the high-risk groups, the wet-heat type is younger than gentleness type, qi-deficiency type and yang-deficiency type, yang-deficiency type is older than phlegm-wet type, wet-heat type and qi depression type.Conclusion:1. The stroke risk groups’men are more than women significantly,40～50 years of age are the majority. the overall risk factor distribution with dyslipidemia, rarely obvious sport, smoking and being overweight or obese is given priority to, such as diet, exercise habits should be strengthened health management to control the risk factors of development.Women need to consider in terms of blood pressure. Age of the head should be paid to heart problems special attention.2. The high risk population overall stroke TCM constitution type distribution in addition to the gentleness type,biased constitution to qi-deficiency type,phlegm-wet type,wet-heat type,yang-deficiency type is given priority to. Women in the mass of the gas increased and Yin deficiency; Age in the deficiency of qualitative, Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency mass increase.
