The Clinical Research On Zishen Yangchao Fang Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Of Syndrome Before And After Menopause

Objective:By observing the Zishen Yangchao Fang to treat kidney Yin deficiency type of syndrome before and after menopause postmenopausal patients with the clinical curative effect, in the hope of seeking treatment for kidney Yin deficiency type, the syndrome before and after menopause patients’a better treatment.Methods:60 cases of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,the syndrome before and after menopause patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. With oral Chinese medicine treatment group among them "Zishen Yangchao Fang" (tutor’s experience prescription) as the foundation, and along with the card to add and subtract, started taking that day to see a doctor,1/d, twice a day, to continuously for 12 weeks for a period of treatmentThe control group oral tibolone tablet (alternate name:Susan loved) 2.50 mg (a pill), to start taking that day to see a doctor, once a fixed at the same time every day, for 12 weeks as a course of treatment. In the two groups were collected prior to treatment improved the Kupperman rating scale, kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM syndrome score standard table, serum FSH, E2.Two groups in 12 weeks after treatment discontinuation,4 weeks after sampling modified Kupperman rating scale, kidney Yin deficiency. type of TCM syndrome score standard table. Observing treatment group and control group at 12 weeks after treatment of clinical curative effect and 4 weeks after discontinuation of clinical curative effect to maintain.Results:1. Both the Zishen Yangchao Fang and the tibolone can improve the kidney Yin deficiency type of syndrome before and after menopause in patients with clinical symptoms, decrease patients’Kupperman rating scale (P< 0.05) and kidney Yin deficiency type of TCM syndrome score standard table (P< 0.05).2.4 weeks after drug withdrawal K rating of the two groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05),4 weeks after drug withdrawal in the two groups of TCM syndrome score was statistically significant (P< 0.05).3. Treatment group in Zishen Yangchao Fang to treat kidney Yin deficiency type of the syndrome before and after menopause patients after 12 weeks of the total effective rate was 93%,the control group in the use of tibolone to treat kidney Yin deficiency type of the syndrome before and after menopause patients with 12 weeks later the total effective rate was 96.7%, through statistical analysis of the processing, the differences between treatment group and the control way has no statistical significance (P> 0.05).4. At 4 weeks later discontinuation of treatment group total effective rate was 73.3%,the control group at 4 weeks later discontinuation of the total effective rate was 23.3%, the difference of two group was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Both Zishen Yangchao Fang and the tibolone can effective treatment the syndrome before and after menopause patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, and the short-term clinical curative effect are similar.2. Zishen Yangchao Fang is better than that of the tibolone in maintain aspects efficacy after discontinuation of clinical curative effect.
