Clinical Study On Elecro-spoon-needle For Stimulater Of Meridian Transmission For Treatment Of Insomni

Objective: The objective of this study is comparing the clinical curative effect from the electricity spoon needle tired feeling spread and ordinary acupuncture treatment insomnia(type glove two virtual), according to observing the skin microcirculation perfusion amount change, Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) scale integral improvement and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decide the results of the comparison so that they can select the best treatment plan objectively. At the same time of affirming the acupuncture treatment of insomnia providing the treatment of insomnia for electricity spoon needle, improving the clinical curative effect to provide clinical basis, completing the channels and collaterals theory of traditional Chinese medicine about the tired feeling rich the clinical data of treatment,laying a certain foundation for the treasure of traditional Chinese medicine development and the research of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods: The objects researching come from academy of traditional Chinese medicine of Heilongjiang province in April 2015- February 2016. Caseing two deficiency type of insomnia, acupuncture and moxibustion clinic patients, a total of66 cases of in patients were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in treatment group, control group, 33 cases of treatment group was treated with electric spoon needle tired feeling spread method, the control group to adopt the conventional acupuncture treatment.Two groups of treatment 1 times a day, Monday to Friday continuous treatment, rest two days, a total of 20 times, treatment of 4 weeks.Due to various reasons, the actual observation of 60 cases, depigmentation cases in 6cases.Actual observation treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treatment group selected by heart side is the left arm hand shaoyin heart sutra well hole(little) stimulates the tired feeling, this feeling along the arm up conduction,treatment of 30 minutes.Control group selection routine acupuncture: Yin tang, four gods, sleeping, door god, yu yu shen mai, heart, spleen.Acupuncture needle to get gas for degrees, after retaining needle 30 minutes.Requirement nerves inpatients with calm, maintain a constant experiment at room temperature is 24-26 ℃,relative humidity between(40 ~ 50) %, air convection relatively calm, avoid direct sunlight.Feeling the subjects are to be quiet and rest for 10 min before, stimulate the sense of the both before and after using laser speckle(model: moor FLPI- 2, SN088 British moor instruments co., LTD.) test measured meridian observation point(Yin Xi, less sea point, extreme spring) and not by the point(control point) of the skin microcirculation perfusion amount and make detailed records.Observed two groups of patients after treatment of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) before and after the treatment on the improvement of their points.Results: The groups of treatment for insomnia are double curative effected, tired feeling spoon needle methods on patients with sleep efficiency, daytime function and total curative effect than ordinary acupuncture method curative effect is distinct, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).Treatment group in each observation point compared with before treatment skin microcirculation perfusion amount, has very significant difference(P < 0.01), the control point and skin microcirculation there was no significant difference before treatment;Control group except Yin Xi cave spot(P <0.01), and other various observation point and control point compared with before treatment skin microcirculation perfusion amount had no significant difference(P >0.05).Skin microcirculation perfusion amount of the two groups after treatment, after statistics analysis has a very significant difference(P < 0.01).That tired feeling preach group on improve skin microcirculation perfusion amount is superior to the conventional acupuncture group, and the feeling is tired.Treatment group total effective rate(93.3 %) is higher than the control group(83.3%) had no statistical difference(P > 0.05);Markedly effective rate(70.0%) of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group markedly effective rate(46.0%)(P <0.05 >. According to the sense of the degree is divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ level, rank Ⅲfeeling the markedly effective rate(28.9 %), Ⅱ feeling the markedly effective rate(31.10%) and grade Ⅰ sense the markedly effective rate(10.0%) with significantdifference(P < 0.05), Ⅱ, Ⅲ no difference(P > 0.05). As can be seen from the 3rd level itself comparison results Ⅲ level are accounted for 71% of the total recovery rate, and markedly effective rate was 100%, that tired feeling preach the more diseases have the better clinical effect.Conclusion:1. The PSQI deducted rate effect from the Electric spoon needle tired feeling the treatment of insomnia(glove two virtual type) is superior to ordinary needle thorn group.2. Tired feeling the quantity rise, with acupoint skin microcirculation perfusion is tired.Results suggests that the clinical effect and the microcirculation changes into positive correlation. Combining with the results preliminary found that clinical effect and the microcirculation changes into positive correlation.3. Electric spoon needle tired feeling spread and conventional acupuncture in treating insomnia(glove two virtual) are both have the function of treatment, but the electric spoon needle tired feeling the group are more clearly than conventional acupuncture treatment group.4. Tired feeling the impact of clinical effect, tired feeling, the more obvious, the more illness had the better clinical effect.
