| Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture on the treatment of stomach pain(spleen and stomach deficiency type).To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at the combination of conventional acupuncture on stomach pain,and to provide the relevant support for the combination of these two methods in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.In order to more clearly follow the principle of treatment of the disease,in the experimental study using laser speckle technique to observe the acupuncture points and the surrounding blood flow changes.And then compare the relationship between sensation,acupuncture and changes in blood flow.Methods: Participants in the trial from the Chinese Academy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Geriatrics and Gastroenterology outpatient department,March2016-March 2017 patients with stomach pain,according to the inclusion criteria selected 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups,The treatment group of 31 cases;in the conventional acupuncture on the basis of the joint use of electric needle to stimulate the hand Jueyin Jingjing inspiratory sensation as a treatment,the control group of 31 cases,the use of conventional acupuncture treatment.The two groups were 6 days for a course of treatment,treatment once a day,treatment of 3 courses;in the treatment,shedding in 2 cases,completed60 cases.Stomach pain was assessed by VAS score,recorded before and after treatment in patients with VAS score,stomach pain time score and TCM score.To study the effect of electroacupuncture at acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture on stomach pain.The microcirculation perfusion volume was measured by laser speckle blood flow imaging device and the curative effect of the microcirculation blood flow before and after treatment on both sides was observed.Results : 1.VAS score comparison:The VAS score of the two groups was significantly different from that of the after treatment(P<0.01).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).2.Stomach pain time score comparison:There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM Syndrome:There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01)The Compared with the control group,there was significant difference between thetwo groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.Comparison of microcirculation and blood flow in the selected acupoints and their surroundings:Compared with the control group,the acupoints and the surrounding microcirculation were compared with those of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.After evaluation:The effective rate was 96.67%.The effective rate was 83.33% in the conventional acupuncture group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.According to the degree of sensibility to pass the phenomenon is divided into Ⅲ level.TheⅠeffective rate was 16.67%,the gradeⅡrate was 50.00%,the grade Ⅲ rate was 23.33%.After statistical analysis,gradeⅠandⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Electric needle through the sensory and acupuncture conventional treatment of stomach pain have a therapeutic effect,but the electric needle through the sensory group was significantly better than conventional acupuncture group.2.Through the degree of sensation on the clinical efficacy of stomach pain has a great impact,through the sense of feeling the better the degree of transmission,the treatment of stomach pain,the better the clinical efficacy.3.Through the sensory transmission can promote the skin around the microcirculation of blood circulation increased,and this change has a traceability. |
