The Study Of Clinical Effect Of Bushenhuoxue Cycle Therapy In Patients With Endometriosis Infertility And Diminished Ovarian Reserve

ObjectiveThe cycle therapy of BushenHuoxue for patients with endometriosis infertility and diminished ovarian reserve, and observe the clinical curative effect, and to explore its mechanisms and, in future clinical of endometriosis infertility with diminished ovarian reserve treatment has certain directive significance. Expect several guidance in the clinical treatment of endometriosis.MethodsAll the cases were aged 22-40 years old, have been surgically diagnosed endometriosis infertility patients, and the exclusion of other causes of infertility, through the relevant auxiliary examination, were in accordance with diminished ovarian reserve diagnostic criteria for patients with a total of 60 cases randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group (30 cases):in the follicular phase, taking HuoxueBushen fang. In luteal phase, taking Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Zhuyun fang after the basal body temperature rise. Stop taking the medicine in menstrual period or pregnancy confirmed. Insist this treatment for 6 menstrual cycles. The control group (30 cases):taking Remifemin tablets after menstruation. Stop taking Remifemin tablets in menstrual period or pregnancy confirmed. Insist this treatment for 6 menstrual cycles. Observe changes of dysmenorrhea curative effect, pregnancy rate, abortion rate, changes of anti-Mullerian hormone level, changes of FSH level, changes of E2 level, changes of antral follicle count, between the before and after treatment.Results1. Curative effect of dysmenorrhea had significant differences in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).2. Serum AMH level, FSH level, E2 level, AFC changes all had significant differences between the before and after treatment(P<0.05)in Chinese medicine treatment group.3.The pregnancy rate of the third cycle and sixth cycle had significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion1. BushenHuoxue cycle therapy shows satisfactory effect on relieving patients’dysmenorrhea.2. BushenHuoxue cycle therapy could improve patients’ovarian reserve.3. BushenHuoxue cycle therapy could improve the pregnancy rate of patients with endometriosis infertility.
