| ObjectiveThis study is an important part of a research project of Guangdong Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is related the cultivation of high-level talents of TCM. In order to establish a scientific, comprehensive and workable standard to reduce arbitrariness on developing the high-level talent evaluation program, and improve operability on cultivation. For the current situation and problems of high-level training evaluation of TCM hospital, the passage summarizes relevant experience of the cultivation of high-level talents to form research ideas, and finally propose a basic frame and technical route with universal significanceMethodsFirstly, this study summarizes the high-level talents development program for Chinese medicine hospitals and makes a preliminary extraction of evaluation index system of high-level talents through combining the high-level talents cultivation policies of Chinese medicine hospitals and current medical-sanitary system reform in our country, consulting a large number of literature materials and interpreting policies and theories relevant to talent evaluation.secondly, organize expert interviews to communicate on how to improve the high-level talents evaluation mechanism, aims to indicate direction for building evaluation index system. The experts are those who were extracted from part of high-level talents cultivation by talent project leader of Chinese traditional medicine hospital.Thirdly, making a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was made according to preliminary evaluation project and put on high-level talents database. Recycling questionnaire to do mathematical analysis and eliminate insignificant items according to the statistic test, thus achieving an effect of secondary extraction index.Fourthly, Delphi expert consultation makes effective items into expert consultation table, does the 3rd expert consultation feedback assessment and confirms evaluation index system finally combining with AHP.Fifth, putting the high-level talents evaluation index system of Chinese traditional hospital into practical use and do cases evaluation by weighted synthesis and radar map analysis.ResultsIn order to achieve a scientific, comprehensive, systematic, hierarchical, operational and effective extraction on high-level talent evaluation index of TCM hospital, the study modify the index entries via an preliminary extraction, second extraction and three rounds of expert advice, finally construct an evaluation index system of high-level talents of TCM hospital. Besise, selecting some TCM clinicians as cases for evaluating analysis, which demonstrated the feasibility and universality of the evaluation index system of high-level talents, and has an important significance to the innovative talent evaluation.ConclusionCurrently, there is seriously wanting on the research of evaluation index establishment on high-level talents of TCM hospital, which can reflect the features and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Besise, the study on high-level talents evaluation of TCM hospital is not optimistic at the same time. It has been difficult to adapt to the contemporary medical talent assessment requirements becouse we pay more attention on the qualitative analysis of hospital cases such as talent introduction, training and motivation. Therefore constructing an scientific high-level talent evaluation index of TCM would be the inevitable trend, and it’s of great innovation and practical significance. |
