| Objective:Analyze the relations between pathogenic factors, fetal therapy and fetal prognosis by observing 300 participants with kidney-deficiency type threatened abortion in early pregnancy. Methods:According to the way of epidemiological survey, analyze the relations between pathogenic factors, fetal therapy and fetal prognosis by using statistical method.Results:1. Risk factors. Main risk factors:maternal age (77.33% of the patients older than 28), abortion history (75.67%) and corpus luteum insufficiency (70.33%). Secondary causes:have history of irregular menstruation (36%), gynecological disease (29.33%), other accompanying diseases (24%), and abnormal reproductive antibodies (11.33%).2. Relation between risk factors and fetal prognosis. Mono-factor analysis results:age, history of irregular menstruation, abnormal reproductive antibodies and gynecological disease, corpus luteum function are significantly correlated with fetal prognosis (P<0.05); history of abortion and other accompanying diseases have no significant correlation with fetal prognosis (P>0.05). Multi-factor analysis results:age and gynecological disease history are independent prognostic factors of kidney-deficiency type threatened abortion in early pregnancy (P<0.05).3. Relation between fetal therapy and fetal prognosis. Effective rate of pure traditional Chinese medicine, pure western medicine and integration of traditional and western medicine are 73.33%,71.28% and 90.84%, respectively. The whole effective rate is 80.33%. For threatened abortion treatment, pure traditional Chinese medicine equals to pure western medicine (P>0.05), but integration of traditional and western medicine is better than pure traditional Chinese medicine or pure western medicine (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Main risk factors of kidney-deficiency type threatened abortion:age, history of abortion and corpus luteum insufficiency. Secondary risk factors:have history of irregular menstruation, gynecological disease, other accompanying diseases and abnormal reproductive antibodies.2. Relation between risk factors and fetal prognosis:age, history of irregular menstruation, abnormal reproductive antibodies, corpus luteum insufficiency, gynecological disease are significantly correlated with fetal prognosis, older age and gynecological disease history are independent prognostic factors. History of abortion and other accompanying diseases have no significant correlation with fetal prognosis.3. Integration of traditional and western medicine is better than pure traditional Chinese medicine or pure western medicine. |
