| Objective:To investigate the causes and prevention of internal fixation failure of the clavicle fracture.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of fracture of the clavicle in the internal fixation of the fracture, and to explore the causes and preventive measures.Results:25 cases of fracture of the steel plate, including 14 cases of iatrogenic factors,6 cases due to premature loading,1 cases due to trauma,4 patients due to osteoporosis in the atrophic nonunion.Conclusion:The failure of the operation of the fracture of the clavicle, the operation of the operation, the reduction of the fracture and the failure of the fracture are the main reasons for the fracture of the steel plate.
