Research On The Compatibility Rule Of Dingzhixiaowan And Its Derived Prescriptions

Dingzhixiaowan is a basic prescription which can tranquilize by nourishing the heart to cure many pathemas including amnesia,depression and so on.So far,the scholars have made much effort in experimental study on Dingzhixiaowan,mechanism to improve the ability of learning and memory and antidepression,dementia and other effects are studied, and achieved certain results.But these experimental studies exist some problems and need further exploration and confirmation.The quantity of drugs of Dingzhixiaowan is so few that it is not used in the clinic aione and reports on its clinical application and literature research are very rare.Therefore,this thesis summarizes the previous research achievements obtained in the experiment to find out the problems and collect derived prescriptions of Dingzhixiaowan scattered in the ancient and modern literature and then apply modern mathematical statistics method to collate the further study on them, combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the compatibility rules, in order to provide the beneficial reference to experimental research and clinical application.There are five parts to the paper.The first part:origin and development.The second part:clinica application progress and experimental research.The third part:mathematical statistics,statistical results of the corresponding data,including the high frequency of drug, drug classification,symptoms and pathogenesis.The fourth one:experimental study,to discuss the relationship among the medicine compatibility of Dingzhixiaowan using orthogonal design method.The fifth one:discussion,analysis comprehensivly the mathematical statistics and experimental research results, combining the TCM theory to discuss the compatibility rule of Dingzhixiaowan and its derivation.It turns out that the main drugs of the prescriptions containing S-Z-P-L("S"stands for renshen,"Z"stands for yuanzhi,"P"stands for changpu,and "L" stands for fuling,the following is the same) are danggui,baizhu,maimendong,rougui,shanyao;and the secondary drugs of them are shudihuang,shengdihuang,baiziren,tianmendong,wuweizi,fangfeng,fuzi, niuxi and so on;the main drug classifications of them are Qi invigorating drugs,yin tonic drugs,hematic antanemic and heart-nourishing spirit-quieting drugs;the secondary drug classifications are drugs for dispelling internal cold,yang-tonifying drugs,heavy settling spirit-quieting drugs and heat-clearing drugs;the most important symptom is asthenia, followed by palpitate with fear and amnesia and so on;Most of the pathogenesis is deficiency of heart,in addition,there are heart and kidney deficiency, blood deficiency,etc.The main drugs of the prescriptions including S-Z-P are fushen,danggui,maimendong; and the secondary drugs of them are zhusha,suanzaoren,shengdihuang,fangfeng,shudihuang, baiziren; the main drug classifications of them are heart-nourishing spirit-quieting drugs; hematic antanemic,heavy settling.spirit-quieting drugs;the secondary drug classifications are Qi invigorating drugs,yin tonic drugs;in all diseases,amnesia is listed in the first, followed by palpitation,insomnia and epilepsy;the quantity of deficiency of heart-qi is the most among all pathogenesis,followed by heart-kidney deficiency and deficiency of heart-blood.The main drugs of the prescriptions including S-Z-L are rougui,dangui,maimendong, huangqi,shudihuang;and the secondary drugs of them are wuweizi,shanyao,fangfeng,baishao, baizhu,shengdihuang;the main drug classifications of them are Qi invigorating drugs, hematic antanemic,yin tonic drugs;the secondary drug classifications are dispelling internal cold,yang-tonifying drugs,heart-nourishing spirit-quieting drugs;in all diseases,asthenia is listed in the first,followed by palpitate with fear,amnesia and insomnia;the quantity of deficiency of heart-qi is the most among all pathogenesis,followed by kidney Qi deficiency and kidney Yang deficiency.The main drugs of the prescriptions including S-L-P are rougui,danggui,baizhu;and the secondary drugs of them are ganjiang,wuzhuyu,houpu,jiegeng,banxia,chuanxiong and so on;the main drug classifications of them are dispelling internal cold,Qi invigorating drugs and hematic antanemic;the secondary drug classifications are phlegm drugs,drugs for regulating qi flow,dampness-transforming drugs;in all diseases,tumor is in the first place,followed by abdominal pain and vomit;the quantity of weakness of the spleen and the stomach is the most among all pathogenesis,and the following are kidney-qi deficiency and qi-blood deficiency.The main drugs of the prescriptions including Z-P-L are shanzhuyu,shanyao,niuxi and so on;and the secondary drugs of them are bajitian,danggui,rougui,tusizi,fangfeng and so on;the main drug classifications of them are yang-tonifying drugs,yin tonic drugs,Qi invigorating drugs,hematic antanemic and drugs for dispelling internal cold;the secondary drug classifications are heart-nourishing spirit-quieting drugs,heavy settling spirit-quieting drugs and so on;in all diseases,asthenia is listed in the first,followed by arthralgia, palpitation;the quantity of deficiency of shen-qi is the most among all pathogenesis, followed by phlegm-fire confusing heart and disquieted heart spirit.The experimental study shows that the nootropic effect of the prescription including all four drugs is the best,the nootropic effect of single drug is renshen>yuanzhi> changpu>fuling.The nootropic function of compatibilities including two drugs is better than any single drug of the two drugs,but the effects of them are not significant. Analysis of variance revealed that the nootropic effects of single renshen and single yuanzhi are statistically significant,the nootropic effect of single changpu presents a certain statistical difference,The nootropic effect of single fuling is not statistically significant.Therefore,it is considered that the monarch drug is renshen,the ministerial drug is yuanzhi,the adjuvant drugs are changpu and fuling.
