| Objective:Observation of carbon tetrachloride to experimental liver fibrosis rats in different periods the change of serum AST, ALT, liver function and TGF- beta 1 and receptor expression of TGF beta R1,To explore the relations in the process of liver fibrosis, occurrence, development and the influence of the expression of GF- beta 1and TGF beta receptors R1 in artemisia capillaris soup to build model of rat serum.Purpose is to explore the molecular mechanism in the process of liver fibrosis and artemisia capillaris soup to protect liver function and its resistance to cut prompted liver fibrosis of liver fibrosis and related cytokines or blocking mechanism related to signal transduction pathways.Methods:Carbon tetrachloride as callus induction drug duplicate rat liver fibrosis model,Experiment selected 100 clean SD male rats, weight of about 250±20 g were randomly divided into normal group, model group and intervention group(artemisia capillaris soup lavage),Observation experiment process in different periods(1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weekend, intervention in 1 week, 2weeks) over the weekend between groups in the rat liver tissue pathological change of the structure and serum biochemical AST, ALT, cytokines TGF beta 1, TGF beta R1 expression level.Results:Compared with the normal group, model group rats with extended building time appear liver tissue from the inflammatory response to different degrees of pathological structure change and damage of liver fibrosis,Building successful visible hyperplasia of fibrous tissue, nodular regeneration of liver cells and form false flocculus;the expression of serum TGF beta 1 and TGF beta R1 enhanced significantly,liver damage is apparent,The difference was statistically significan(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with model group, intervention group in the rat liver fibrosis significantly reduce damage,the expression of serum TGF beta 1 and TGF beta R1 reduced significantly in the model group, alleviate the damages of liver function, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Artemisia capillaris soup could inhibit the expression of TGF- beta 1 and TGF beta R1 or block the signal transduction of information between them eventually to reach the role of anti liver fibrosis.At the same time, this study further shows that artemisia capillaris soup as all commonly used treatment of liver disease index formula can effectively improve liver function and liver tissue pathologic changes in the structure. |
