Objective: By investigating the pain intensity, satisfaction and change of quality of life before and after standard treatment in advanced malignancy patients with pain, in order to verify the effectiveness of standardized treatment and also to analyze the influence factors of quality of life.Methods: A questionnaire was conducted on 100 advanced malignancy patients with pain who were admitted in Qinghai university affiliated hospital from May 2014 to December 2015. The questionnaire includes: general information questionnaire、pain assessment questionnaire、satisfaction questionnaire、quality of life questionnaire. Pain intensity, satisfaction and quality of life of patients before and after standardized treatment were compared and analyzed.Results: 1.The KPS score among 100 patients was positively related to quality of life,P<0.001; and was negatively related to the degree of pain,P = 0.022. 2. Pain intensity, satisfaction, quality of life were greatly improved after standardized treatment, P<0.001.3.1Gender affects physical factor;age influences physical factor, society or family factor; and cultural degree impacts social or family, emotional factors, the degree of familiar with disease affects emotional factors, the difference among them was statistically significant, P< 0.05; 2The average monthly income and diseases had no obvious effect on quality of life, there was no statistically significant difference, P > 0.05.Conclusion:1.The higher the KPS score was, the lighter the pain was, the better the quality of life was. 2.After the standardized treatment of cancer pain, pain score was significantly decreased, the satisfaction degree was significantly improved, the frequency of breakthrough pain was significantly reduced, and thus the quality of life was obviously improved.3.Women were more prone to affect physical factor; the greater the age was, the greater the impact on physical, social, or family factors were; high school educational level, the higher the level of cultural, social or family, emotional factors affected the, high degree(undergraduate) social or family, emotional factors by minimizing the influence; learning more about the illness,emotional factors affected more.
