The Clinical Observation Of Jinghua Weikang Capsule Combined With Triple Therapy In Treatment Of Helicopter Pylori

Objective:Comparing the eradication rate,the symptom remission rate and the rate of adverse reaction of Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with triple therapy group and bismuth-containing quadruple therapy group. Methods:A total of 97 patients with helicopter pylori infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(49 patients) received esomeprazole + amoxicillin + furazolidone + Jinghua Weikang Capsule for 10 days.The control group(48 patients) received esomeprazole + amoxicillin + furazolidone + bismuth for 10 days.At least 30 days after the end of the treatment,all patients underwent 14 C urea breath test.After the treatment,the improvement of symptoms and eradication effect of helicopter pylori between the two groups were compared. Results:91 patients completed the follow-up.According to the intention-to-treat(ITT) analysis and per-protocol(PP) analysis,the difference of the eradication rate between the two groups was not statistical significance.The symptom remission rate in treat group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reaction in treat group was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effects of both groups on helicopter pylori eradication were similar,but the Jinghua Weikang Capsule combined with triple therapy in treatment of helicopter pylori showed a more significant effect on the improvement of symptoms and safety.
