Objective:To evaluate ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver in the comparative study of the treatment of bacterial liver abscess drainage and laparoscopic surgical drainage catheterization. Methods:Selection in March 2009 to March 2015, in the long and dhi hospital affiliated to medical general surgery and confirmed in our hospital, a total of 46 patients with bacterial liver abscess, using ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage for treatment of liver in patients with a total of 21 cases, 25 cases of patients treated with laparoscopic surgery drainage, compared two groups of patients, surgical success rate, operation time, extubation time, length of hospital stay, postoperative complications and hospitalization expenses, etc. In this study, using SPSS19.0 data entry, select the appropriate statistical methods, depending on the type of sample to conform to normal distribution and homogeneity of variance of measurement data selection t test,non-normal distribution data selection rank and inspection carries on the analysis of count data comparison with X2 test Results:In 46 patients, 41 patients with blood culture and pus culture, results showed that13 cases of patients with positive blood culture. Among them, 7 cases of patients werediagnosed with pneumonia Klebsiella pneumoniae infection, 3 cases for Staphylococcus aureus infection. 21 patients were diagnosed as positive by pus culture, among them, 16 patients were diagnosed with Klebsiella pneumoniae infection, 2 cases of Staphylococcus aureus infection. Observation group of patients with a total of 21 cases of percutaneous liver biopsy guided by ultrasound catheter drainage with antibiotic therapy,. after treatment the total effective rate was 95.2%. A total of 25 patients with control group, after laparoscopic surgery drainage with antibiotic therapy, treatment the total effective rate was 96%. Two groups of patients in the postoperative extubation time and hospital stay no statistically significant difference, but the observation group of patients in the surgery time, the incidence of postoperative complications and hospitalization costs significantly superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Bacterial liver abscess in patients with clinical manifestations mainly fever;Bacterial pathogen mainly klebsiella pneumoniae liver abscess patients; By ultrasound guided percutaneous liver puncture catheter drainage with antibiotic therapy, the total effective rate was 95.2%, laparoscopic surgery drainage with antibiotic therapy, the total effective rate was 96%, two methods of surgery for the treatment of patients with bacterial liver abscess has no statistical significance; Percutaneous liver biopsy guided by ultrasound catheter drainage drainage by laparoscopic surgery has a shorter operation time, simple operation, fewer complications, the length of low cost advantages, can be used as the first choice for treatment of bacterial liver abscess surgery way, worthy of popularization and application in clinic...
