| Objective:Under Objective Comparative study of ultrasound-guided percutaneous fine needle aspiration and catheter drainage for treatment of bacterial liver abscess Methods:Bacterial liver abscess 90 cases, in which the diameter ≥ 5 cm 48 cases of diameter <5 cm 42 cases. For more than two sizes abscess, were taken to two methods of fine needle aspiration and catheter drainage for treatment of percutaneous ultrasound-guided, comparing two treatment methods Results:≥5 cm diameter result of liver abscess in the cure rate, body temperature and blood return to normal, the complications, there was no significant difference(P> 0.05), while in the abscess disappeared time, the length of hospital stay and costs(P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant; diameter <5cm treatment group, two treatment methods in the cure rate, body temperature and white blood cells returned to normal, abscess disappeared time, compare the number of days of hospitalization did not exhibit statistically difference(P> 0.05). While in the hospital costs, complications, there is a difference(P <0.05). Conclusion:≥5cm diameter and diameter <5cm of PLA, respectively, should be the first choice of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage and fine-needle aspiration as a treatment. |
