Objective:To compare treatment, secondary prevention clinical implementation, control of risk factors and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease in three different level hospitals in our province(Shanxi Province).Methods:350 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease in three different levels of hospital.(including 78 CHD patients in second grade & class a hospital,125 CHD patients in third grade & class a hospital and 147 CHD patients in third grade & class a hospital for cardiovascular).Baseline data of the three groups of patients with coronary heart disease were comparable. After 1 year, all the patients are followed up to know whether to quit smoking,BMI,and standardized secondary prevention medicine(aspirin, clopidogrel, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin receptor blockers, beta blockers, and statins).Meantime we record blood pressure(BP), glycated hemoglobin, blood lipids(LDL-C) standard conditions and major adverse cardiac events(MACE).Results:1.There is no statistical difference(P>0.05)among the three groups of patients with coronary heart disease in the aspect of quitting smoking, the success rates of blood pressure and BMI,so is the application of aspirin and beta blockers。2.There is significant difference(P<0.05)among the three groups of patients with coronary heart disease in the aspect of the success rates of glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids and MACE,so is the application of clopidogrel, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin receptor blockers and statins. In the terms of the success rates of the objectives above, the third grade & class a hospital and third grade & class a hospital for cardiovascular are better than the second grade & class a hospital, but there is no difference(P>0.05)between third grade & class a hospital and third grade & class a hospital for cardiovascular.Conclusion:1,In the terms of medicine of secondary prevention, control of risk factors and MACE in the patients with coronary heart disease, there is a great difference after treatment in different levels hospitals in shanxi province.Third grade hospitals do better than second grade hospital in some aspect.2,At present, part of the application and risk factors of secondary preventive in patients with coronary heart disease are still not ideal.
