Objective:Investigate the status of local urogenital mycoplasma and chlamydia infection. Analyze the clinical manifestation and results for patients with this disease, in order to have an idea about the epidemic and general prevention of the disease. Statistical data will provide the basis for prevention of disease.Methods:1533 patients, who are aware of their illness, diagnosed with mycoplasma/chlamydia infection of genitourinary in the hospital from January 2010 to December 2014. All the cases were summarized and sorted by using Excel and analysed by SPSS17.0. Results:1. Basic characteristics of patients with mycoplasma/chlamydia infectionThere were 678 male patients(44.2%) and 855 female patients(55.8%) among 1533 cases infected with mycoplasma/chlamydia. The sex ratio was 1:1.26.There were 37 cases(2.4%) aged under 20, 620 cases(40.5%) aged 21 to 30 years old, 561 cases(36.6%) aged 31 to40 years old, 241 cases(15.7%) aged 41 to 50 years old, and 74 cases(4.8%) were above 50. 77.1% of the total cases with mycoplasma/chlamydia infection were between 21 to 40 years old.There were 188 cases(12.3%), which had multiple sexual partners. And 126 cases(8.2%), who had singnal sex partner only.2. Type of mycoplasma/chlamydia infectionThere were total 1533 cases diagnosed as mycoplasma/chlamydia infection, infection and 1 alone accounted fou 72.7%(1.4% patients with mycoplasma infection alone; solution urea mycoplasma infection were separately 54.3%; 17.1% of patients Chlamydia trachomatis alone), mixed infection two(24.6%), 3 kinds of mixed infection(2.7%).3. Mycoplasma/Chlamydia asymptomatic infectionThere were 584 infected cases with asymptomatic, accounting for 38.1% and 949 patients with clinical symptoms of infection(61.9%) in 1533 patients with mycoplasma/chlamydia.14.9%(101/678) of the men appeared pain than women 4.1%(35/855).4. Mycoplasma/Chlamydia repeated infection and other sexually transmitted diseasesThere were 296 cases 19.3%(296/1533), which have relapses condition, among 1533 cases. The proportion of relapsed infection of female patients 24.4%(209/855) is more than men 12.8%(87/678).Without merging other sexually transmitted diseases accounted for 80.9%(1240/1533), there were 293 cases that had mycoplasma/chlamydia infection with other sexually transmitted diseases, accounting for 19.1%(293/1533). 132 cases with CA, accounting for 8.6%; 38 cases with syphilis, accounting for 2.5%; 40 cases with genital herpes, accounted for 2.6%; 51 cases with gonorrhea, accounting for 3.3%; 1 cases with HIV infection, accounted for 0.1%; 58 cases of fungal infection, accounting for 3.8%.The proportion of female 13.6%(116/855) with CA was higher than male 2.4%(16/678). Conclusion:1. Mycoplasma / Chlamydia infection were mainly happened on those sexually active people aged 21~40 years old. The main reason is multiple sexual partners.2. The pathogenic bacteria of mycoplasma / chlamydia main is still the single pathogenic bacteria,the highest proportion is UU infection, the second is chlamydia trachomatis; one type of mycoplasma mainly mixed infection.3. Female in the recurrence and other sexually transmitted infections proportion than male.4. Asymptomatic infection were the most insidious infection, it should be attracted medical workers’ attention for prevention.
