| Objective:To explore the fast track surgery(FTS) in the surgical treatment of total gastrectomy surgery in patients with gastric cancer, which would provide the information to clinical decision on the application of its circumference compared with conventional superiority. Methods:The patients were selected from one Shanxi Coal General Hospital from June2012 to March 2014.The patients with total gastrectomy for patients with gastric cancer were divided into two groups: FTS group(50 cases) and traditional methods group( 50 cases). Two groups of patients were made surgical procedures and anesthesia by the same group and surgeons anesthetists. The surgery-related indicators(reactive protein level operative time, blood loss, postoperative day 3 C,drainage tube extubation time) and indicators of postoperative recovery(lung infection, bowel sounds Recovery Time first exhaust recovery time, intravenous infusion for a few days, postoperative complications, length of stay, costs and the amount of weight loss after 2 weeks) were analyzed between FTS group and traditional group using descriptive method. Results:Compared with the conventional treatment group, the first exhaust time(65.23h), recovery time of bowel sounds(23.7h) were significantly ahead of intravenous fluids for a few days, after two weeks of weight loss, hospital stay and hospital costs time, postoperative complications were significantly reduced in FTSgroup(P <0.05). The results showed that FTS was better than traditional methods, but there was no significant difference in lung infections(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Application of FTS concept of total gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer is safe, and it can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.2. FTS can improve patient satisfaction, reduce patient trauma and perioperative stress response, reduce perioperative pain, promote early rehabilitation of patients. shorter hospitals stay and reduce postoperative complications and improve postoperative organ function, reduce treatment costs, accelerate patient turnover rate.3. Quick healing surgical gastric cancer model can obviously improve preoperative patients with quality of life in future. |
