Objective: Qualitative identification of ginseng, ganoderma spore in Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules was carried out by thin layer chromatograhy(TLC) and Ginsenosides and Ganoderma acid A were determined by HPLC to establish its quality control standard of Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules.;Evaluation of the acute toxicity of Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules, determine its safety;Based on the experimental method of reducing blood fat, the Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules on mice model of high fat blood lipid and antioxidation;Based on the experimental method of fall blood sugar, the Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules hypoglycemic effect on the hyperglycemia model mice.Method: Chromatography: LC 3000-C18 column, Ginsenosides: the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1, the column temperature was 25℃ and the measurement wavelength was 203 nm, the moving phase was acetonitrile(A) and water(B), Gradient elute; Puerarin: the flow rate was 1 m L·min-1, the column temperature was 25℃ and the measurement wavelength was 250 nm, the moving phase was methanol(A) and water(B); The study of the acute toxicity of hypoglycemic Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules, oral and intraperitoneal injection of two ways to one-time dose of mice, and observe the toxicity reaction of mice within 7 d and deaths; The fall hematic fat experiment by preventive and therapeutic trials(feeding high fat forage dosing after two weeks)of two parts, mice are divided into five groups ran-domly :cont rolled group(N),high lipid group(L), positive drug group(zhibituo)( P), low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group. The levels of TC 、HDL-C,、TG 、LDL-Cin serum 、and the contents of MDA、GSH-Px 、SOD are determined in all group s after 5 weeks. Research on hypoglycemic capsule hypoglycemic activity of Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules, adopt chain urea with cephalosporins diabetes mice to observe hypoglycemic effects of Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules on experimental mice, and the determination of serum insulin in mice and glycated hemoglobin levels.Results: The TLC spots were clear with high resolution, and the blank test showed no interference; Ginsenosides linear range was 0.001~0.5 mg· m L-1, the average recovery was between 98.53%-102.53%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was between 0.84%-1.83%; Puerarin linear range was 0.02-0.6 mg·m L-1(R2=0.9998), the average recovery was 98.80%, and the RSD was 0.89%; The LD50 of mice Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules unforeseen measured; MTD was 32g·kg-1, respectively.Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules could significantly reduce low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) and increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C). The activities of serum surperoxide dismutase(SOD) and lutathione peroixdase(GSH-Px) in the selenium-enriched Diasporangium sp. group were significantly higher than those in the other groups, and the malondialdehyde(MDA) level was significantly lower. Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules can significantly reduce the chain of urea with rhzomorph hyperglycemia mice blood sugar levels and raise insulin levels, reduce glycated hemoglobin levels.Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative analysis method is applicable for the quality control of Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules. From the perspective of the acute toxic effects of drugs, Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules drug use is safe.Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules has a blood lipid and antioxidant activity. Jiang Tang Yi Jin Capsules has a certain activity of fall blood sugar.
