Objective :Bronchiolitis is one of the common diseases of lower respiratory tract infections in infants under 2 years of age. Respiratory virus(RSV) is the most common pathogen. It is characterized by acute inflammation of bronchiolitis. Tracheal stenosis and obstruction due to epithelial cell necrosis, increased mucus secretion and mucosal edema. Patients with severe disease may appear respiratory failure, heart failure and so on, threatening the safety of the life of children. There are no clinically effective treatment methods at present. The clinical effect of interferon on the treatment and hypertonic saline on Symptomatic treatment is more positive. Study of hypertonic saline or interferon in the treatment of bronchiolitis is limited but the domestic, in which a drug or treatment effect, one in combination with other types of drugs. The domestic and foreign related research of interferon combined with hypertonic saline inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis is less, its clinical effect is worth discussing. Based on selected 60 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, On the basis of conventional drug therapy,Clinical efficacy of hypertonic saline combined with interferon and interferon atomization inhalation treatment of infant bronchiolitis are compared.Methods:During the period from October 2013 and 2015 in October in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College Hospital with bronchiolitis selected 60 cases, selected children are in line with the Practical Pediatrics "(7th Edition) to develop bronchiolitis diagnostic criteria [1]. After admission, complete blood count, C-reactive protein(CRP), liver function, renal function, ion, myocardial enzyme, blood gas analysis and inspection, the two groups of children with gender, age, admission before the course, clinical manifestations and infection index, blood biochemical examination difference without statistical significance, with comparable(P>0.05). Exclusion criteria: the risk of severe bronchiolitis complicated with cardiac function, multiple organ dysfunction or respiratory failure, congenital heart disease and other effects of cardiopulmonary diseases of children, or associated with serious underlying diseases, immunodeficiency, malnutrition, moderate or severe anemia, congenital laryngeal cartilage dysplasia. Will the 60 cases selected children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each, two groups of children were given the same symptomatic supportive treatment, including oxygen, suction phlegm, rehydration, sedation and, on the basis of, respectively, with air compression atomizing pump(German Swiss company, model: BOY037) aerosol inhalation. In the control group, the interferon(recombinant human interferon A1 B injection Yun Desu, Beijing Sanyuan Gene Engineering Co., Ltd. production) add 3ml physiological saline atomization inhalation. 2ug/kg.d, 2 times a day, 5-7 days of treatment; treatment group in the control group based on, plus with aerosol inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline 3ml, 2 times a day, course of 5-7 days, each atomization ceiling of time 15-20 min, atomization after conventional back percussion 5-10 min to help sputum discharge. Adverse reactions were observed after the two groups of children during the period of treatment, clinical manifestation and application of drug treatment, and statistical wheezing, lung wet rales disappearance time and length of hospital stay.Results :According to the statistics of wheezing, pulmonary rales disappearance time and length of hospital stay and according to the following effect decision criterion produce a resul(criterion of cure:5-7 days of treatment, cough, wheezing and lung rhonchi disappeared; effective standard: 5-7 days of treatment, cough, wheezing symptoms, reduced lung rhonchi; invalid standard: 7 days of treatment, symptoms and signs were not improved obviously. the total efficiency = [(number of patients cured + number of valid cases) / this group. the number of cases in children]×100%: 1. The two groups of children with symptoms, signs and hospitalization time contrast: the treatment group of children with asthma remission time(3.6±1.0) than that of the control group(4.5±1.4) relationship, the two groups the difference was statistically significant(t=2.86,P<0.01). The treatment group of children with pulmonary rales disappearance time(2.8±0.9) than the control group(3.8±1.2) relationship, the two groups were statistically significant.(t=3.701,P <0.01). The treatment group with the length of time(4.9±0.9) than that of the control group(5.9±1.7) relationship, the two groups the difference was statistically significant.(t=2.664,P<0.05). 2. Treatment of the two groups of children, the total efficiency of contrast: the clinical treatment of children in the treatment group the total efficiency(96.7%) was significantly higher than that of control group, the total efficiency(80%), the two groups total efficiency difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.976,P<0.05). 3 adverse reactions; children during the treatment given ECG and blood pressure saturation monitoring, monitoring shows life signs smoothly, without the occurrence of adverse events, and all the children without a case for treatment effects of Midway gave up treatment.Conclusion :Hypertonic saline combined with interferon atomization inhalationin the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis can obvious controlwheezing symptoms, shorten the duration of children, reducehospitalization time, improve the cure rate, suggesting that both in thetreatment of bronchiolitis has a synergistic effect and simple andconvenient operation, in the course of treatment found no obvious adverse reaction, can the economic costs of saves in the treatment of capillary bronchitis, which is a is efficient, safe and economical treatment of bronchiolitis methods, it is worth of clinical application.
