| Objective:To explore treatment of gastric stromal tumor operative approaches, to evaluate the treatment effect of various operation methods. Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical and pathological data.of the Shanxi Province People’s hospital from Jan 2011 to Jue 2015 of the 96 cases of gastric stromal tumor which are operation by laparoscopic resection, gastroscope and laparoscopic combined resection, open resection. Results:For tumor diameter smaller than 2 cm group and 2-5 cm, the result can explain the laparoscopic group in operation time, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospitalization days all have an advantage in the laparotomy group(P < 0.05), but the postoperative complications and mortality can’t explain the has the advantages of laparoscopic group(P > 0.05), for tumor diameter greater than 5 cm group, laparoscopic group for laparotomy in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization days, postoperative complications, and postoperative recurrence all have no advantage(P > 0.05).Conclusion:For less than 5 cm in diameter gastric stromal tumors, using of minimally invasive surgical procedure can achieve good treatment effect, both the surgery itself and the prognosis of patients were more satisfied. But for gastric stromal tumors larger than 5 cm in diameter, the choice of operation method should be considered and treatment should be the preferred laparotomy, if forced to choose minimally invasive approach, not only cannot achieve minimally invasive, and may lead to tumor metastasis and disseminated. |
