Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CK15 in 55 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and para-carcinoma esophageal tissues;2.Western blot was used to detect the expression of CK15 in 30 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and para-carcinoma esophageal tissues;3. Serum levels of CK15 and PCNA were detected by ELISA in 30 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the 30 normal control;serum levels of cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1) was detected by Chemiluminescence in two groups.Result:1.CK15 expression was localised to cytoplasm of esophageal cancer patients tissues and para-carcinoma esophageal tissues, expression of CK15 was significantly lower in esophageal cancer patients tissues than that in para-carcinoma esophageal tissues(P<0.05);2.The expression of CK15 was significantly lower in esophageal cancer patients tissues than that in para-carcinoma esophageal tissues(P<0.05). 3.Compared with control group, the expression of CK15 in serum was significantly reduced in esophageal cancer patients( P<0.05); Expression of PCNA in the serum of patients with esophageal carcinoma and the normal controls showed no difference( P > 0.05);Expression of CYFRA21-1 in the serum of the esophageal carcinoma was significantly higher than thatof controls(P<0.05).4.The sensitivities of CK15,CYFRA21-1 and their combination in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 33.33%,30.00%,60.00%.Conclusion:1.The lower expression of CK15 in tissue and serum is closely related to the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.2.The combined detection of CK15 and CYFRA21-1 is of great value in the diagnosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Esophageal squamous cell cancer, CK15, PCNA, CYFRA21-1 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
