The Effect Of Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji On The Gastrointestinal Motility And Content Of Motilin In Model Rats With Anorexia

Objective:By studying the effect of Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji on the gastrointestinal motility and motilin content in anorexia rats with the type disorder of the stomach and spleen,and to explore the mechanism of Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji in treating infantile anorexia of disharmony of spleen and stomach.Methods:One hundred and five SD rats of SPF class were randomly divided into 7groups:Normal group, Model group,Proprietary Chinese medicinecontrol group(Jiangzhong Jianwei Xiaoshi slice),Western medicine control group(Domperidone), low-,medium-and high-does Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji.The method of etiology simulation was used to set up animal model of infantile except for rats in normal group.All rats were intragastric administrated with corresponding medicines for 15 days.All groups durining 16 hours without feeding anything but water after the treatment was finished in the 15 th day, all rats was executded in 16 th, then the general condition,gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion and motilin content in each group were observed.Results: 1.Gastric residual rate,intestinal propulsive rate:Compared with that in the blank control group,the residue rate of material in stomach significantly increased in model group(P<0.05), whlie the intestinal propulsive rate obviously decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the model group,the residue rate of material in stomach in low does group,middle does gruop,high does group,proprietary Chinese medicine control group,western medicine control group significantly decreased(P<0.05),whlie the intestinal propulsive rate obviously decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the high does group and the middle does group, the proprietary Chinese medicine control group the gastric residual rate decreased(P<0.05),while the intestinal propulsive rate increased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the high does group,the gastric residual rate in western medicine control group increased(P<0.05),while the intestinal propulsive rate decreased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the high does group,the low does group the gastric residual rate and the intestinal propulsive rate are different(P<0.05).2.The hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content:Compared with that in the blank control group,the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL conten significantlyincreased in model group(P<0.05).Compared with that in the model group,the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content in low does group,middle gruop,high does group,proprietary Chinese medicine control group,western medicine control group significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the high does group and the middle does group, the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content increased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the high does group,the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content in western medicine control group increased(P<0.05).Compared with that in the high does group,the middle gruop,low does group the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content are different(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji promots gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in model Rats with infantile anorexia,the curative effect is better than that of the Jiangzhong Jianwei Xiaoshi slice and the Domperidone.Its effect is related to the dosage.2.Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji has increased the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content in model Rats with infantile anorexia,the curative effect is better than that of the Jiangzhong Jianwei Xiaoshi slice and the Domperidone.Its effect is related to the dosage.3.The effectiveme chanism of trement infantile anorexia might be that Xiao’Er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji has the effects of promoting gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion,increasing the hypothalamic and peripheral blood of MTL content in model Rats with infantile anorexia.
