Study On Mechanism Of Yunpi Kaiwei Cream Rubbing Method In The Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia(disharmony Between Spleen And Stomach)

Objective: To explore the clinical advantages and characteristics of treating infantile anorexia(spleen and stomach disharmony type)by comparing different clinical effects of spleen appetizer and massage.Methods :72 children who were classified according to syndrome differentiation belong to the type of spleen and stomach disharmony of anorexia in children were randomly divided into 36 cases the method of transporting spleen appetizer ointment and rubbing(hereinafter referred to as observation group)and 36 cases by routine massage treatment(hereinafter referred to as control group).15 days as a course of treatment,observe 2 courses of treatment.To observe the effect of plaster rubbing method on anorexia in children with spleen and stomach disharmony.Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.11%,the total effective rate of the control group was 88.57%,which was 5.54% higher than that of the control group,and the effective result of the two groups P<0.05,which was significant difference.Both the observation group and the control group had obvious differences after the points of appetite,main symptoms of food intake and the comparison of the condition(P<0.05);there were also significant differences between the two groups in facial color,mental state,abdominal distension and other secondary symptoms the comparison of the condition(P<0.05).It indicates that the plaster method can relieve the primary and secondary symptoms face is superior to the control group.Conclusion :1.The overall effective rate of spleen-pest appetizer massage in treating anorexia of children with spleen-stomach disharmony type is significantly higher than that of control group,indicating that massage medium with special curative effect can improve the curative effect of anorexia(spleen-stomach disharmony type).2.the treatment of anorexia in children with spleen-stomach disharmony was better than that in control group.3.spleen appetizer massage method is easy to operate in clinical application,no side effects,and no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application promotion.
