Objective: by observing the curative effect of Warming Kidney and Invigorating Spleen treatment of Spleen-kidney Yang-asthenia Type of primary nephrotic syndrome, the study try to explore the mechanism of the effect of this method on the disease, and provide more extensive thinking and effective medication reference for treatment of nephrotic syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:60 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome patients with Spleen-kidney Yang-asthenia Type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, and the treatment group with Decoction under the guidance of warming Yang and diuretic, which was based on the basic treatment of Western medicine. 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, we observed the change of patients with clinical symptoms, signs and related laboratory indexes, and make evaluation of curative effect after 8 weeks.Result:(1) In the clinical curative effect aspect, control group of patients with complete remission in 3 cases, significant remission in 9 cases, partial remission in 8 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total effective rate was 66.7%. The treatment group of patients with complete remission in 8 cases, significant remission in 12 cases, partial remission in 7 cases, invalid 3cases, the total effective rate was 90.0%. The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05), and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.(2)In the two groups of patients after treatment, symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly improved, while TCM syndrome scores were decreased(P <0.05). the total effective rates of the two groups after treatment were 93.3% and 73.3%. The effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, treatment group systemic edema, aversion to cold, lumbar spinal cold pain(ache of waist), loose stool and Shenpi fatigue and other symptoms improved significantly, but anorexia, sexual dysfunction(impotence, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation) or menstrual disorders between the two groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).(3)In control group and treatment group, there were significant reduction of urinary protein, elevated plasma albumin, regulating blood lipid(P < 0.05), and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The two groups of treatment had no significant effect on renal function(P>0.05).Conclusion: Tutor Decoction under the guidance of warming Yang and diuretic in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of primary nephrotic syndrome had definite clinical effect. There were evident curative effect in Reducing proteinuria, elevating plasmaalbumin and regulating blood lipid. It could significantly improve the edema, aversion to cold and other symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine, and was no obvious side effects. Therefore it was worthy of further clinical study.
