| Objective Through the analysis of the test results of serum pepsinogen and anti-Hp Ig G antibodies, to study the significance of serum pepsinogen and anti-Hp Ig G in early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The patients who underwent electronic gastroscopy between January 2015 and December 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of medical college of Shihezi University were studied, and the patients must meet the inclusion criteria. The patients were divided into four groups according to the histopathological diagnosis, including superficial gastritis group(40 cases), mild atrophy gastritis group(40 cases), gastric precancerous state group(40 cases) and gastric cancer group(Early gastric cancer group 8 cases, advanced gastric cancer group32 cases). Serum Helicobacter pylori Ig G antibody by Western blot method measurement, determination of groups pepsinogen concentration. Results 1. Serum PG results: Compared with superficial gastritis group and mild atrophy gastritis group, serum PGI and PGI/ PGII values in both gastric precancerous state group and gastric cancer group decreased significantly(P<0.05); 2. Serum anti-Hp Ig G results: compared with superficial gastritis group, the positive rate of anti-Hp Ig G in both gastric precancerous state group and gastric cancer group increased(P<0.05); 3. PG results in the anti-Hp Ig G positive group: PGI, PGI/ PGII values in anti-Hp Ig G positive group were significantly lower than those in the negative group(P < 0.05). The PGII values of anti-Hp Ig G positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group(P < 0.05). 4. Results of combined detection of anti-Hp Ig Gand PG: Single index of gastric cancer diagnosis sensitivity is not high. Combined detection was significantly improved the sensitivity of pepsinogen.Pepsinogen and combined detection of Helicobacter pylori Ig G antibody enhanced the sensitivity of diagnosis of gastric cancer. Conclusion Serum PGI levels and the ratio of PGI/PGIIdecreased is a sign of gastric atrophy, elevated PGII level is a risk factor for gastric cancer, helicobacter pylori infection is also a factor in the treatment of gastric cancer, and helicobacter pylori infection and the level of PG changes with correlation, both common detection can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis. Serological detection is simple, traumatic small, economic and other clinical advantages, for the crowd of pepsinogen and combined detection of Helicobacter pylori antibody screening, the screening of high-risk population of gastric cancer, for high-risk groups supplemented by electronic gastroscope and pathological examination, for high-risk groups and the pathology of negative can be were followed up, so as to improve the diagnostic rate of early gastric cancer. |
