With the advancing of Percutaneous Interventions, because of minimally invasive and outsdanding efficacy of interventional procedures,it has been the first choice of treatment for most paediatric patient with congenital heart disease( CHD).the cardiac catheterization laboratory( CCL) is ofen remote from the operating room,and Cardiac Interventional Procedures is collaborations between cardiology and surgery,these come to be a greater challeng for Anesthesiologists.How to implement a effective and safe anaesthetic management for the hybrid procedure, It is the aim of this article to review the Preoperative assessment,method of Anesthesia,the sedation-, anesthesia-, or airway-related adverse events of paediatric patients with congenital heart disease undergoing Cardiac Interventional Procedures.
