| Passive smoking refers to the inhalation of tobacco smoke at least 1days a week,more than 15 minutes perday,also known as secondhand smoke. Because the population of Chinese active smokers is huge,1/3 of the world, Chinese female is tired of passive smoking, about 2/3 women have varying degrees of exposure to passive smoking. It has been reported that passive smoking may increase the incidence of female CHD and influence the prognosis of patients with acute coronary artery.But because of different experimental methods and biomarkers there are inconsistent conclusions. In recent years,CHD in women has incidence rise year by year,higher mortality and the coronary lesion characteristics more complex,SHS’s effects on coronary heart disease in women has become a hot research field, the understanding of influence and the mechanism gradually deepen.This paper is a review of the research progresses on the effects of passive smoking on women with coronary heart disease. |
