Clinical Study Of Xintongshu Decoction For The Effects On Patients Serum TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 On Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Qi-stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the influences of Xintongshu decoction on Serum Inflammation cytokine of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 on unstable angina pectoris of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome and evaluation the clinical curative effect, research the treatment mechanism of Xintongshu decoction to unstable angina pectoris of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:According to the methods of double-blind, randomized trials,Sixty patients(unstable angina pectoris of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome) were divided into tow groups, The control group were treated with common western medicine, The treatment group were treated with Xintongshu decoction on the basis of therapy of control group, to detect the contents of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 before and after treatment, and the difference of the inflammatory factor, and observation angina, electrocardiogram and TCM syndrome curative effect, etc.Results:The two groups after treating serum inflammatory cytokine TNF-α,IL-1, IL-6 levels have been lowering, but Treatment group lowered more apparent(P<0.05).Used in Xintongshu decoction with western medicine alleviate angina symptoms, improve the electrocardiogram and TCM syndrome curative effect is better than pure western medicine group(P<0.05),the stop reduction of nitroglycerin is obviously superior to western medicine group(P<0.01).and the treatment group increased in high-density lipoprotein (HDL), reducing cholesterol (TC) is superior to the western medicine group (P<0.01)Conclusion:The Xintongshu decoction can reduce the releasing of inflammatory cytokine which is the acute phase of unstable angina patients of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome,thus for angina has good curative effect, and this may be one of the treatment mechanisms.
