Clinical Study Of Huotan Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris After PCI

Objective:Through clinical observation,this subject proved the unique advantage of Professor Huang Yongsheng’s self-made herbal decoction Huotan Tongluo Yin in treating recurrent UA(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,and provided new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of recurrent UA after PCI.Methods:In this study,72 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA)after PCI(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)were collected and divided into two groups by random number table method,36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The control group was given standardized treatment of Western medicine(including anti-ischemia,anti-platelet aggregation,stable plaque treatment);the treatment group was given standardized treatment plus Huotan Tongluo Yin.Each group was treated for 8 weeks.By observing the difference of angina curative effect,Seattle Angina Scale,TCM syndrome curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect and nitroglycerin withdrawal rate before and after treatment,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was judged.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the control group was slightly lower than that in the treatment group,and the difference was obvious by rank sum test(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the scores of five dimensions of the Seattle Angina Scale in both groups increased,and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment by t test(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stable state of angina pectoris and disease awareness between the two groups(P>0.05).PL,AF and TS showed significant difference,indicating that the treatment group had a greater advantage than the control group.After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 77.14%,and that of the control group was 52.94%.The results of rank sum test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The effect of ECG in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.By rank sum test,Z=-2.030,P=0.042.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups were significantly different,and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.X~2 test showed that there was a significant difference in the discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin between the two groups after treatment(P=0.026).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Huotan Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,and its therapeutic effect is significantly better than that of conventional Western medicine.2.Huotan Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the effect of angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,Seattle Angina Scale,TCM syndromes,electrocardiogram,and the discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin.Through the clinical research of this subject,the results show that Huotan Tongluo Yin has great advantages in improving the symptoms of unstable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,which is worth promoting.It further confirms the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in treating unstable angina pectoris(phlegm-blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,and provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of unstable angina pectoris after PCI.
