A Thesis About Liu Yiming’s Ideology Of Studies On Lao-tzu

Liu Yiming, was the 11th generation Taoist master of Dragon martial, a famous Taoist at Qing Dynasty. Liu Yiming writing a lot on his life, the majority of his book income "Taoist twelve".Given the history of Daoism in the Qing Liu Yiming important position, for a long time, academics studied the "Taoist Twelve" as the main object, studied Liu Yiming’s Inner Alchemy, Health, Taoism, Medicine, and many thought, And getting a lot of excellence in the performance Research. But for Liu Yiming’s Lao Xue ideological, the author has not been found to have a dedicated work published. The reason is that the solution of Liu Yiming’s Lao Xue ideological, "Ethics collection" does not known by the world for a long time, not spread in the academic community.This paper will through a combination of methods of Bibliography and History of Thought, through the analysis and research of "Ethics collection" and related materials, analysis of the context of Liu Yiming’s Lao Xue ideological; through the history of ideas and the method of combining social history, thinking Liu Yiming’s inheritance of previous generation of Taoism, and absorbed the idea of Confucianism、Buddhism, as well as the new ideas of Taoist.By analyzing Liu Yiming’s background and characteristics of the Lao Xue ideological, through the interpretation and analysis with "Taoist twelve" and "Ethics collection ", the author summarizes the thinking of Liu Yiming’s Lao Xue ideological has the following four characteristics:First, the universe generate theory:the "first naive one of the gas" as intermediary things when Taoist created universe; Second, a sound theory of human nature architecture:transformed temperament quality to talent quality, defeated human hearts with the heart’s of Taoist, tansformed Five substances to Five Elements,use five moral honesty substitute five thieves; three, "obedience with adults, opposite with immortal reverse" view of life and the lives and spiritual development, after the first order theory of inner alchemy; four, three monastic education of fusion.This paper’s innovative value lies in two aspects:literature value and Lao Xue significance. The former, the book was the only existing copies at home and abroad, scholars only to hear its name, no the book; the latter, as the Qing Dynasty influential High Taoist, Liu Yiming in Taoism and Quanzhen Taoist, should play an important role.
