This paper is based as Gingba dialect which is a subdialect of Hakka dialect. on the basis ofthe field survey, the author collects and collates large amounts of language data and with relevanttheories and methods of dialectology, analysizes and portrays in detail voice part of Gingba dialectto reflect accurately and conpletely phonological characteristics of Gingba dialect. At the sametime,with the social linguistics theory, the auther compares Gingba dialect with ancient tonelongitudinally, and with Meixian, Beijing tone transversely.This paper mainly consists of six chapters: Preface, phonetic systems, past and presentcomparison, compare with Meixian tone,compare with Beijing tone and postscript.The first part: Preface. This part mainly introduces the geographical feature and historyevolution of Gingba, present research situation, research significance, contents and methodology ofthe paper. In addition, the sympols description of this paper and pronunciation partner’s basesituation are mentioned.The second part: Phonetic systems.This part mainly is Gingba dialect as the object of study,the auther descripes more detailly the phonetic system and analysizes phonetic Flatten relations andword groups of tone sandhi. Furthermore, the auther has finished Gingba dialect Homonyms, inwhich as much as possible to be collected Chinese characters that the locals commonly use,andpresents used monosyllabic word in tabular form. In addition, the words outside Gingba dialectVoice law are enumerated detailly.The third part: Past and present comparison. This part compares syllable of Gingba dialectand ancient tone from longitudinal perspective, trying to depict the appearance and phoneticevolution of Gingba dialect.The fourth part: Compare with Meixian tone. This part compares the Gingba dialect withMeixian tone transversely. The Meixian tone is the representative of the Hakka dialect and"standard language" of Hakka dialect. There is a relatively large difference between Gingba dialectand Meixian tone. This paper makes a detailed comparison from the consonants, vowels and tonesbetween Gingba dialect and Meixian tone.The fifth part: Compare with Beijing tone. This part compares the Gingba dialect with Beijingtone to identify the correspondence for syllable, and there is a more intuitive and specificallydescribe for speech outlook of Gingba dialect, it is conducive to people in dialect area learnPutonghua and correct pronunciation.The sixth part: Postscript. This part mainly summarizes full text. The auther elaboratesfurtherly the importance of the study Gingba dialect, and points out the inadequacies of this paper.
