Our country advocate the harmonious development of society, social organization is an importantpart of society, the harmonious and healthy development of the social organization is of far-reachingsignificance to the harmony of society as a whole, the mood in the process of group work and the resultingbehavior has a significant influence on the harmonious development of organization. And, especially theenvy psychology, as a kind of inevitable negative emotions, can not be ignored. In today’s education in theperiod of great change, the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers has been attracting theattention of the researchers, Jealous psychology research of primary and secondary school teachers willhelp them view the advantages and disadvantages of themselves and other colleagues correctly, Treat thegain and loss of themselves and their colleagues in the work correctly, keep Optimistic, cheerful state ofmind, Help them to control the tendency of workplace deviant behavior caused by the envy emotion, thusimproving teachers’ interpersonal relations, and promote the harmonious development of the campus.The research object of this article are the primary and secondary school teachers, in the past the studywas focused on envy antecedent and neuropsychological mechanism, testing the validity of thequestionnaire research covers letter on the basis of reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, andon the basis of comparing Chinese culture under the background of primary and secondary school teachersto envy in the differences of different demographic, histologic features variable, and further discusses theprimary and secondary school teachers jealous psychology and the mechanism of action betweenworkplace deviant behavior, and the regulating effect of the mood between the two factors’ mutualrelationship.The results of this study show that:First: There is significant difference between different gender, age, education, working years,organization of the nature of primary and secondary school teachers in envy (t <0.05).The envy of thefemale teachers of primary and secondary schools is significantly higher than the male primary andsecondary school teachers; Primary and secondary school teachers envy have an increasing trend with theincrease of age; Weed out the sample deviation of high school and technical secondary school degree, the lower the degree, the higher of the envy scores of the primary and secondary school teachers; The longerthe working years, the higher envy trend of the primary and secondary school teachers; the envy of primaryand secondary teachers of public schools is higher than the primary and secondary school teachers inprivate teachers; There is no significant difference between different organization scale on the primary andsecondary school teachers (p>0.05).Second: There is a significant correlation between the envy of primary and secondary school teachersand workplace deviant behavior, and the envy has significant positive prediction function to the workplacedeviant behavior; the envy of Primary and secondary school teachers has significant connection tointerpersonal deviant behavior dimension, and organizational attack dimension of organizational deviantbehavior, and it has significant positive prediction function for each dimension.Third: The emotional work has significant negative regulation to the relationship of the envy ofprimary and secondary school teachers and interpersonal deviant behavior; The emotional work hassignificant negative regulation to the relationship of the envy of primary and secondary school teachers andorganizational deviant behavior; The emotional work has significant negative regulation to the relationshipof the envy of primary and secondary school teachers and workplace deviant behavior.
