In recent years, with intangible cultural heritage declaration activities are more and more attention,people are well-known to the word "intangible cultural heritage "and accurate and comprehensiveunderstanding of it. Festivities inheritance get a lot of public attention, Tomb-sweeping Day becameNational legal holidays.Tomb-sweeping Day is the only named by the solar terms in traditional festivals that bearing the richhistory, nature and the humanities aspects, which to reshape people’s perception of traditional culture andarouse learning of the traditional culture. In the thousand years of historical changes, the traditional festivalTomb-sweeping day have change over time. Especially in today’s society, the Tomb-sweeping day present anew situation. As a result, Recognizing and understanding the traditional Chinese festivals will haveguiding significance in today’s society.Tomb-sweeping Day is developed by Cold Food Festival and Shang Si Festival, The custom is theevolution of both of them. To solve these new problems we should starting from the aspects of thelegislation, propaganda, excavation festival culture and promote filial piety to strengthen the protection andinheritance of Tomb-sweeping Day. In the thousand years of historical changes, Tomb-sweeping day carrying abundant ethics, aesthetictaste, moral beliefs, and social customs in the proceeding of development, the festival custom containsthe native culture.
