Song Dynasty Bulk Music Research

As one of the various kinds of ancient Chinese music, sangaku has a long history, which plays an important and significant role in the area of music. Sangaku sprout in the period of Zhou and Qin Dynasties, which experienced a paralleled development period with acrobatics in Han Dynasty. It is said that sangaku became synonymous with acrobatics after it expanded the connotation for the first time in northern and Southern Dynasties, which was regarded as the basic formation of sangaku by the later people. The development of sangaku reached its boom period in Tang Dynasties, which contained the song and dance drama and acrobatics after enlarging its connotation. In Song Dynasty, the development of sangaku reached its peak. Due to the absolute advantage of zaju in sangaku, the primary pattern of various artistic skills in sangaku was altered, thus zaju become the main stream of sangaku in song Dynasty.This paper is mainly about sangaku in Song dynasty, There are three parts in this paper:the first chapter,the development of sangaku before Song Dynasty, which divides the development of sangaku before Song Dynasty into germination (Zhou Qin Dynasties), formation (the northern and Southern Dynasties), prosperity (Sui Tang Dynasties). Through comparison and analysis the characteristics of sangaku in different periods, we can take a close examination of the relationship between sangku and acrobatics after acrobatics appearing; the second chapter is about the conclusion and type of the development of sangaku in Song Dynasty. According to mutual confirmation between the same literatures in different periods or the different literatures in the same period and other documentary evidence, the author define the sangaku in Song Dynasty combined with existing research results, namely the sangaku mainly contains acrobatics and drama, and then the author conduct a comprehensive analysis of these two aspects, highlighting the development of sangaku in Song Dynasty; the third chapter discuss the shift of authority and theater of sangaku from Northern Song Dynasty to Southern Song Dynasty from the perspective of management institute and perform site. Finally, in the conclusion part, the author states the influence of sangaku in Song Dynasty on later generations.
