| From the global perspective, the cultural industry is becoming a powerful role in enhancing the new strategic industry in the post-industrial era, and the cultural industry plays such an important role in strengthening the cultural soft power and bringing up huge economic and social value, that various countries and regions are committed in competing to seize the commanding heights of the cultural industry. In China, regional cultural industries have sprung up everywhere, formatting an unprecedented cultural competitive situation. The local governments at all levels have begun to regard cultural industries as an important way to "transfer the economic modes and adjust the industrial structures".From a practical perspective, our regional cultural industries have made certain achievements in the face of the increasingly fierce competition, on the other side, how to improve the core competitiveness of the cultural industry is still an important issue. The cultural industry is essentially profit-driven, and the only way to guarantee a long-term and sustainable development is to improve their core competitiveness. Tai’an city is rich in historical and cultural resources. It witnessed the cultural industries rising in recent years under the government’s strong support, yet the subject how to maintain its leading position in the fierce competition in this area, needs to be further explored.With the help of normative and empirical analysis combined.,basing on normative analysis of the city’s overall competitiveness, the thesis will analyze the background, characteristics, experience and competition force elements of cultural industries in Tai’an to find out the scrapes it met in reality. In the end,the thesis will come up with some strategic thoughts and countermeasures to benefit the developing of the cultural industries in Tai’an.First of all, the writer introduced the scope of the concepts, such as cultural industries on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the cultural industry’s core competitiveness theory, the methods used in the thesis, and the cultural industry competitiveness factor, which is made up of the potentially competitiveness (cultural contents, the management and the environment) and the real competitiveness (industrial activities and industrial scales).From the cultural industry development law and practice experience, the cultural industry’s core competitiveness of a region includes three aspects:firstly, one or several factors which has a comparative advantage; secondly, the dominant industries formatted by the historical tradition, or the combination of the advantage elements; thirdly, the capabilities of nurturing and tracking new cultural formats. The thesis discusses how to enhance the core competitiveness of the cultural industry from the perspective of the development strategy.Secondly, the writer analyzed Tai’an city’s present situation of the development of cultural industry in recent years, and summarized the important measures and experience of the development. Driven strongly by the policy,Tai’an city has created" Tai’an samples" of cultural industry’s development in industrial planning, system reform, industrial park development, project investment, and brand’s creation. At the same time, the writer summarized the successful experience of cultural industry’s development of the developed countries and some domestic cities, and provided the reference for Tai’an city to improve the core competitiveness of cultural industry.Thirdly, in the theoretical level, the writer used porter’s "diamond model" to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of influence factors of Tai’an city’s cultural industry competitiveness, and determined its own potential advantages. In the practice level, the writer diagnosed Tai’an city’s realistic problems in the development of cultural industry, and has been clear about the disadvantages of the development. Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical and empirical analysis, the writer had carried on the strategic thinking to Tai’an city’s development of cultural industry, and mainly analyzed its creative drive strategy, industral development strategy and space layout strategy, and then putted forward the specific paths of promotion.Based on the research of the cultural industry core competitiveness, the writer expect this research could make Tai’an city get initiative in the fierce industry competitiveness, occupy the strategic high ground, find out the paths of promotion, and also provide a beneficial reference for the development of cultural industry in other regions. |
