This article take Hebi heshan area (for the political and cultural center) as the investigation object, and by means of the field investigation, up the survey and record the hebi dialect phonetic system,filling the blank that none has portrayed hebi dialect pronunciation.This article not only faithfully records the hebi dialect’phonetic system.Comparing with the dialect in the analysis,but also for its unique features from longitudinal extension.In-depth analysis of its development and evolvement course and reason.And describes the entering tone problem, Yang rhymes of the change, the ancient pronunciation of zhi、Zhuang、Zhang and Jia she’pronunciation characteristics.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the geographical location of hebi, dialect research status and research purpose and meaning. Hebi is provincial city of Henan province, it located in the north of henan province, in the east of Taihang mountain and the north China plain transition zone.On the dialect division, hebi dialect belongs to jin language. The present study of the phonetic system is relatively small, the writing of this paper is very necessary, and also provides reference value for the jin language research.The second chapter describes the basic features of hebi dialect phonetic system. Hebi dialect has22initials,41finals and5tones. Initials, regardless of sharp, no tg, tsh, with lips turbidity fricative [v] and the lingual nasal η (你). As to finals, no twang, has nasal rhyme and the rhymes, and there is one sound rhymel(耳). As to tone, has the entering tone, throat plug terminal [?], short tones. The third chapter describes the comparison of hebi dialect and the ancient dialect, briefly summarized the hebi dialect in the change and the law in the process of evolution. The fourth chapter analysis the phonetic characteristics of hebi dialect. As to the entering tone,hebi dialect still kept there, but there are quite a number of rusheng characters have shuhua, and promote the phenomenon of the level tone. Yang rhymes after nasal and nasal before there is no opposition,"xian shen shan zhen " four main vowel taken part of the evolution of nasal rhyme a, part into "dang jiang zeng geng tong". Medieval know Zhi zhuang Zhang for all read ts in hebi dialect, evolved from kaifeng dialect.
