| With the sustained and rapid development of China’s national economy, marketcompetition intensified, the enterprise demand for staff is greatly increased. In the face ofincreasing pressure, environmental change and social change, employees were in theappearance of many physical and mental problems.Therefore, about the employee’s workpressure, occupational fatigue topics have been got the wide attention of the society. The workhappiness got the attention of scholars all over the world.This paper defines work happinessfor employees under the influence of a series of factors, through the work of livelihood,realize their own value, to achieve the perfect real experience, contains the aspects of thework I do people feel.Including the seven factor of work value, environment control, welfarebenefits, initiative, self-acceptance, interpersonal relations, the development prospect.Alongwith a steady rising in the number of crew, our country became the world’s recognized thecrew Countries.Crew’s working status and health of body and mind development had been animportant role for our national economy, and expanding external development.Most studieson shipping workers stayed in mechanical operation level, researches on psychological statusof their work is less. But due to the particularity of shipping work, shipping workers thanordinary workers have more psychological problems.This study used the work happiness ofshipping workers for the cutting point, adopt the method of empirical study, throughinterviews, ask volume survey method and statistical analysis of207shipping workers inGuangzhou.The work happiness and its influencing mechanism was studied. The resultsshow that:(1)There is a significant difference of work happiness in demographic variables;(2)The proactive personality have a significant positive role of work happiness and alldimensions;(3)Anxiety have a significant negative role of work happiness and all dimensions;(4)Anxiety group and normal group work exist significant differences in work happinessand all dimensions, anxiety group work happiness and all dimension were significantly lowerthan normal group.(5)Depression have a significant negative role of work happiness and all dimensions;(6)Depression group and normal group work exist significant differences in workhappiness and all dimensions, Depression group work happiness and all dimension weresignificantly lower than normal group.(7)Work happiness and happiness all dimensions have a significant role to job performance;(8)The intermediary effect of the leader-member exchange theory between happinessand work performance was not significant;(9)Emotion regulation mode between happiness and work performance of regulatingeffect was not significant. |
