As the party propaganda of Kuomintang, Central Daily founded in Hankou in 1927 (although the official record avoided it, made Shanghai in 1928 as it’s beginning). In 2006 it continues to be issued in the form of network in Taiwan for it’s losses. It has more than 70 years history, which 22 years published in mainland. Hankou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Changsha, Chongqing have proved its existence. Many supplement editors took turns in different places, Sun Fuyuan is one of them. He is known for his bold and sharp editing ability. The supplement which edited by him is impressive, often able to seizes the person eyeball quickly. So Sun is called "supplement king".He has taken over the "central supplement" twice, and also has twice forced to leave. Why the KMT invited such a non party person to edit so important organ newspaper supplement, and why they eventually separated from cooperation, Central Supplement in Hankou in 1927 made what impact on 1941 in Chongqing from time to region, comprehensive study of the relationship between Sun Funyuan and the supplement can help us to solve these problems.This paper has three main sections, introduction, body and conclusion.The first part is an introduction, which describes the origin of the problem, then summarizes the existing research, at last points out the significance and innovation this paper are described.The main part includes:Meeting-Hankou Central Supplement, a flag of the revolutionary literature; Again-from Hankou to Chongqing and Appeal-the policy of literature about Anti Japanese War and founding new country. These three chapters begin with Sun Fuyuan first took over the Central Supplement, analysis his leave, return, the inherent relationship of the Kuomintang propaganda policy, and the whole situation of Chongqing Central Supplement. To sum up the battle of his personal and official ideology by the two-way interaction between him and the "central" supplement.The specific contents are as follows:The first chapter, study of Sun Fuyuan and Hankou Central Supplement, in order to make a conclusion of Central Supplement in this period and point out its characteristics, significance and influence of the revolution. Besides find the reason why Sun Fuyuan take over the paper again after more than 10 years later;The second chapter, combined with the Anti-Japanese war broke out and the literary center moved, discussing the changing literary policy at this stage of Kuomintang, looking for subjective and objective reasons of Sun Fuyuan took over again the Central Supplement;The third chapter discusses the beginning of the 40’s, the overall appearance of Central Supplement under Sun Fuyuan’s management, and analysis several major literary events on Central Supplement of this period. Through these phenomena to find the method that how Sun Fuyuan put his own literary concept "War of Independence" and "Unity Front" into practice. What’s more, under the war background, Sun’s opinion and official ideology interact each other which represents the fact that more intellectuals’ contradiction.The conclusion part sum up all of the parts. In the period of revolution and Anti-Japanese War, the KMT and the Communist Party in the ideological struggle is often due to the propaganda effect and decide the final success or failure. Under the pressure of time words, the KMT wants to seek more intellectual support, to strengthen its control in the field of culture. Central Supplement is shaped up to be the practice field of "United Front" by Sun Fuyuan, but because of his bold and left-learning incurred to the fate of leaving, which reflects the KMT literary policy is inconsistent, it also foreshadoweds its failure in political field.
