Positive psychology pointed out that emotional intelligence with possible social advantage or the advantage of higher level as a potential psychological capital while well-being is the existence of a positive way. According to this theory, this study discusses the positive effects of emotional intelligence on well-being and personal productivity. Since there is few literature of personal productivity, college students are chosen as the research sample in this thesis, exploring the positive power of well-being as intervening variable,the research results may guide college students and social units on their positive psychological education and ascension of personal productivity, also,promote the healthy growth of themselves.In the view of positive psychology perspective, using one of the latest research result of the application of positive psychology--the theory and method of emotional intelligence, and theories of personal productivity and comprehensive sense of well-being, to explore the positive effects of emotional intelligence on personal productivity and well-being, mainly to explore the interplay among them and active intervention mechanism. Through further empirical research to expand and enrich the positive effects of emotional intelligence, provide more effective theory and data, to analyze its comprehensive sense of well-being and the positive impact of personal productivity.Studying the relationship among emotional intelligence, comprehensive sense of well-being and personal productivity, guiding people treat this situation through positive measures and form a positive self evaluation, so as to improve learning efficiency,enhance the subjective and psychological well-being, while avoiding a vicious cycle. Aimed at providing psychological basis for education, scientific research, and psychological consultation work.Based on the related theories and research results of emotional intelligence, subjective well-being and psychological well-being. Reference"Emotional Intelligence Scale" by American scholar Goleman and “Comprehensive Well-being Questionnaire" by domestic scholar. Random sampling of 552 college students, using SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0 income data for statistical analysis. Through empirical analysis and discussion of psychology, the conclusions are made as the following:(1)Among all good emotional intelligence, good interpersonal relationship and build relationships are their advantages. The emotional intelligence of college students is in the medium to high level overall, in the five dimensions of emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship management highest score, lower self emotion recognition scores, that college students’ ability in dealing with the relationship between teachers and students, students and other is strong, but the perception of their own emotions is weak.(2)The real experience of subjective well-being is to increase positive emotions and decrease negative emotions. As a result of the negative emotion, the comprehensive sense of well-being is difficult to ascend for some of the students, but most of the students have experienced the sense of belonging, the respect and self-realization in their campus life.(3)Self-realization of personality growth works as the advantaging factor among the multi-dimensional of psychological well-being. The psychological well-being of college students is at a higher level, especially in the personality growth dimension, the score of it in measurement is much higher than other items, it can be seen that personality growth as the main index influence college students. It’s a kind of psychological well-being with strong growth development and personality perfection.(4)The personal productivity is the result of self-efficacy, and overcoming procrastination. Overall level of college students’ personal productivity was slightly higher than medium, especially improve the ability of self-efficacy, better than other four dimensions. This can explain the reason that students’ subjective assessment of their ability to finish task is high, directly affect their learning motivation, lead to an improvement in personal productivity.(5)The emotional intelligence and comprehensive sense of well-being are interact to improve personal productivity at the same time. The ascension of college students’ emotional intelligence lead to a better sustain relationships and the perception of themselves and others, as the source to gain a broader feeling of comprehensive well-being,and these help to further the motivation of improving personal productivity, forming a virtuous cycle.(6)Comprehensive sense of well-being has positive intermediary effect when emotional intelligence enhance personal productivity. Although significant effect has been seen when emotional intelligence direct effects on personal productivity. But the mediation effect of comprehensive well-being can produce positive and effective effect,so as to achieve the purpose of improving personal productivity.
