Objective This research mainly discusses related to the concept of positive psychology as the instruction, adopts the form of group guidance and group activities around the design scheme of improving gratitude and positive emotion two themes, taking Medical University Of Anhui clinical medicine professional big two and big three students as subjects to carry out group counseling activities, checking whether the group counseling on college students gratitude level increase and the levels of positive emotions.Methods the study used a pretest, posttest and after 3 months of follow-up testing methods, students were randomly selected from the voluntary registration of medical students in 49 medical, ranked according to number parity were divided into two groups, each 26 people, after drawing lots of experimental group and control group. The experimental group participated in once a week, 2.5 hours each time; 6 consecutive weeks, group activities, while the control group is in its natural state of learning, not to participate in the activities of any of the group psychological. In this experiment, the sense of wearing scale and positive emotion scale for measuring tools, the experimental group and the control group subjects before intervention, intervention and 3 months after the tracing test.Results Group counseling, the experimental group and the control group pretest resultnot remarkable difference, to society grateful(t= 0.926, P>0.05), the natural appreciation(t= 0.162, P>0.05), positive affect(t= 0.044, P>0.05), general life satisfaction(t= 0.922, P>0.05).After intervention, ①The control group pretest posttest results have no significant difference on social appreciation(t=,-1.656, P>0.05)(t=,-0.041, P>0.05), positive affect(t=-0.841, P>0.05), general life satisfaction(t= 0.963, P>0.05), ②The experimental group before and after testing positive emotions and gratitude factor difference is significant, with statistical significance, the social appreciation(t=-5.301, P<0.001), the natural appreciation(t=-3.324, P<0.01), positive affect(t=-3.607, P<0.01), general life satisfaction(t=,-4.890, P<0.001) were measured before and 3 A month after the tracing test to see positive emotion dimensions, including Significant differences of each factor of gratitude, but no significant difference of positive emotion and general life satisfaction, to society grateful(t=-4.333, P<0.001), the natural appreciation(t=-2.543, P<0.05), positive affect(t=-2.041, P>0.05), general life satisfaction(t=-0.354, P>0.05)。Conclusion: The experimental group after group counseling, positive emotion for each factor level is significantly higher than that of control group, that positive emotion has intervention, follow-up study found, gratitude factor effect remains significant, the intervention effect of lasting and stable, while the positive emotion and life satisfaction factor effect can not sustainable and stable.
