The Research Of Hubei Folk Music Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection And Inheritance

The intangible cultural heritage has got the world’s attention, since the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Convention have been approved by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Culture Organization in 2003. Under the background of this, a large number of China’s excellent minority folk music intangible cultural heritage project was selected as the world level, the national, provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage protection list. The value of the intangible cultural heritage was found. As an important part of the intangible cultural heritage, folk music has a huge folklore and ethnology cultural studies, anthropology and aesthetic value etc. All ethnic groups in the daily production, religious festivals and activities, to create a rich, diverse and distinctive folk music culture, with music as the core, characterization, to national characteristics, with "combination of poetic dance" as the main form of culture, and become an important part of the Chinese folk culture and art.Hubei is the birthplace of Chu culture, which have rich cultural resources, such as the history of Chu cultural and Qing jiang cultural, Wuhan Jiang cheng culture ect. Meanwhile it has a large number of intangible cultural heritage of folk music. Under the strong impact of globalization and modern civilization, folk music intangible cultural heritage has encountered unprecedented difficulties, many representative folk music has being on the verge of extinction. From the beginning of 2005, the folk music of the intangible cultural heritage has been attracted great attention by Hubei province and got a good achievement. However, with the economic mechanism, social production and life style and aesthetic consciousness has undergone tremendous changes, The folk music and cultural heritage of Hubei province has encountered some problems, such as the content is too thin, the inheritance crisis, which directly affect the survival and development of the folk music of Hubei province intangible cultural heritage. Based on this, this paper carries on the exploration of Hubei folk music of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance from multiple perspectives.This study is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research reason and significance of the research and the connotation of intangible cultural heritage of folk music class and classification, analyze and review of the literature. The second part is the analysis of the value and protection of folk music of Hubei province intangible cultural heritage significance. The third part of the national intangible cultural heritage of Hubei Province as the research object, from the aspects of laws and regulations construction, construction of protection and inheritance of the folk music Folk Museum intangible cultural heritage present development status. The fourth part focuses on the changes of living environment of intangible cultural heritage, heritage fault crisis, public awareness of the protection of the weak, expounds the main problems at present of Hubei province intangible cultural heritage of folk music class exists. The fifth part is mainly directed against the problems, put forward to strengthen the path of Hubei folk music of intangible cultural heritage protection.
