The paper is based on Shigongan (ninety-seven) as the beginning of the chivalrous case-solving novels in the Qing dynasty and its representative work Sanxiawuyi as the research objects.From the case-solving factors,the relationship between upright official and swordsman,paladin group,zhanghui style and structure and so on,analyze their forms in two texts,and carry on the comparison of two forms,to better understand and grasp the development of the chivalrous case-solving novels in the Qing dynasty and its characteristics.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research object,research reviewed.significance of the subject of this paper.The second chapter analyzes the complicated legal case of the chivalrous case-solving novels in the Qing dynasty.Compared with the Baogongan in Ming dynasty,chivalrous case-solving novels in the Qing dynasty,in the investigation way,Shigongan showes green shoots from "god-judging" to "human-judging",but progress is not big.Sanxiawuyi has finished transformation from "god-judging" to "human-judging".At the same time.from Shigongan to Sanxiawuyi,case-solving gradually reduces the proportion in the book.The third chapter chivalrous description mainly involves the relationship between upright official and swordsman and paladin group.The relationship between upright official and swordsman of Shigongan is the contradiction between master and servant and the code of the brotherhood.The relationship between upright official and swordsman in Sanxiawuyi is cooperation under the coat of master and servant.Based on the relations between the two groups are compared,it is observed that in the development of the chivalrous case-solving novels in the Qing dynasty,official for the control of the chivalrous gradually weakens.officials of the image gradually weakens and paladin has gradually become the object of performance.The swordsmans in Shigongan mainly come from robin hood.then from the steal into a swordsman.Swordsman in the process of investigation is more to do with facing to steal.Although the swordsmen have converted to the government.in their fight with pirates.they still adopt the jianghu struggle way.So Shigongan appears the green shoots of establishing struggle mode between two groups in interior of Jianghu.Swordsmen in Sanxiawuyi mvolves in the struggle between faithful and evil.The struggle mode between two groups in interior of Jianghu in Sanxiawuyi continues.The fourth chapter is divided into two sections.The first section compares to the characteristics of zhanghui between Shigongan and Sanxiawuyi. The second section is analysis of the structure.Shigongan gives priority to with cases.Its overall structure is single compose of period structure.Sanxiawuyi has official business and swordsman business at the same time.So Sanxiawuyi appears double composes of period structure.From single compose of period structure to double composes of period structure, chivalrous composition is increasing.The fifth chapter conclusion part summarizes the full text and points out that from Shigongan to Sanxiawuyi,the case-solving factors,the relationship between upright official and swordsman,paladin group,zhanghui style and structure have new characteristics and trends.It is found that in the development of Qing dynasty chivalrous case-solving novels appears the trend that develops from the case-solving to chivalry.
