Research On The Non-material Cultural Heritage Protection Of Chinese Korean National Minority Under The Backgroud Of Cultural Modernization

With economic globalization’s day-by-day deepening, the exchange between different cultures is becoming more and more frequent and thorough in the worldwide. Meanwhile, with the joint track between Chinese and international culture, Chinese culture modernization will also deepen. As the socialist nature of our culture, it must adhere to Marxist culture modernization thoughts as the instruction; the Party member of China has been practicing and enriching the thought and content of Marxist culture modernization in the process of leading revolution and construction. As the traditional culture be an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, cultural modernization is the inevitable trend in the development of traditional culture, whether from its own characteristics, or the people from the pursuit of advanced culture. This paper bases on the theory of cultural modernization, systematic analyzing the theory of classical Marxist writer and the thought of cultural modernization based on the different historical conditions of Marx, Engels and Lenin. It elaborates the development of cultural modernization theory by the Communist Party of China, the inevitability and the way of traditional culture modernization. And it focused on the reason for strengthening protection of Intangible cultural heritage.One of the key and difficult points of traditional culture modernization is the protection of the Intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities. Intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is the symbol of the national spirit, so protecting minority intangible cultural heritage is also mean to the protection of cultural diversity. The paper bases on the Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage as the research object, dividing the Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage into two categories, the literary arts and folk etiquette. It analyzes the unique national characteristics of Chinese Korean nationality’culture which is differs from the Korean peninsula culture and Chinese culture. Through sorting out the history of protection Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage form the founding of the early nationality, it focuses on the situation of Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage’s protection since the new century in the inhabited areas of Korean nationality. Although it has made certain achievements for the protection of Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage in China, but it appeared many problems be solved, such as the imperfection of the legal system construction and the lack of Law enforcement, the unsound of Protection mechanism, which is just formed the mechanism of declare protection list, but lack of multi-agent linkage mechanism. There exists a misunderstanding in the concept of protection. All these problems must cause our great attention. This paper focuses on history and situation of the protection of Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage, and then puts forward suggestions for it according to the results of the analysis from the legal construction, mechanism construction, the humanities environment construction, etc. We actively advocate the public to strengthen the consciousness of cultural protection, and build protection system of Korean nationality non-material cultural heritage with government-led, multivariate main body participation and perfect legal protection.
