| This translation is selected from Strategic Public Relations Management-Planning and Managing Effective Communication Programs. The book deals with such issues as the framework of PR planning; PR data analysis, and PR practice. In the era of Big Data, it provides a useful guidance for public relations practitioners. Taking its second part of Chapter Four as a translation practice within the framework of Skopos theories, this paper attempts to summarize three translation methods of translating such texts of public relations, namely Following the Original Syntactic Order, Reconstruction, Amplification and Omission. Enlightened by three rules of Skopos theories, we will, we will have a better understanding to make PR material translated in a more faithful and fluent way. |
