An Investigation Of The Construction Of Num-Q-noun Of Minority National Languages In China

This paper focuses on the sequence of distribution of the Numeral-classifier phrasesin Chineseethnic minority languages.Through typoiogy and theory of implicational universals and by combing description and statistics,this author does the research into the word orders of the Numeral-classifier phrases. This paper aims to find the common rules of the Numeral-classifier phrases,trying to explain them in a functional way.The object of this research is 108 ethnic languages in china.This author s urvey the distribution of {Num-Q-N}{Num-N}{Q-N}etc(Numeral-Num/Quantifier-Q/Noun-N),Acorrding to the research we got the basic sequence distribution of the Numeral-classifier phrases,and explained the disharmony of the word order.Moreover this author also investigated and explained the sequence distribution of the different pairs phrases which coexisted in the same language.In a word, we taking the {Num-Q-N} structure as the research origin, then expanding it i nto surface through the method of data statistics.On the basis of the predecessor’ s study to put this research more deeply.
