In this paper, Jiangxi Normal University International College junior class is taken as the intance for the study of oral teaching of Chinese classes for beginners. A lot of methods like literature research, real interviews, comparative study, the methods of data analysis are applied to the paper.Angles from learners, teachers, teaching materials, curriculum and so on are taken to analysis junior favorable factors and the existing problems in oral Chinese teaching.According to Krashen’s Input Hypothesis and affective Filter Hypothesis,the paper gets theoretical guidance and inspiration,Then teaching suggestions has givenand then make targeted in order to promote the teaching of Chinese language spoken junior class smoothly, enhance learners speaking skills.The introduction of primary teaching Chinese language summarizes including teaching and speaking theoretically reviewed and collation, analysis related theory of substantial content and insufficiency,The paper points out the necessity and innovation topics.In the first chapter,from the students, teachers, teaching materials and courses for beginners there is a general description of the internal and external environment of oral English teaching, when analyze complex student status, this paper adopted three international scale relatively scientifically the learners’ language learning attitude.Learning style and concept are classified and evaluated. The analysis results show that the teachers, teaching materials and curriculum are relatively scientific and reasonable, conducive to teaching work.In the second chapter, via analysising the classroom natural corpus, corpus bias from the type and content analysis, and finally concluded that the primary class students speaking ability is not fully achieve the goal of teaching students the situation is the most important stage of the impact of teaching is the most important factor.In the third chapter,According to Krashen’s Input Hypothesis and Affective Filter Hypothesis for theoretical guidance, proposed the theory of teaching practice guidance and inspiration: Focusing on the input and output to enhance students ’oral ability;Paying attention to the psychological factors emotional, and cultural to enhance students’ speaking ability.In the fourth chapter, advices for junior oral chinese teaching including the content of the teaching principles and teaching methods are proposed.The last part of is the main part of a brief summary, then summarizes all of the statements.
