The object of this study is the modern Chinese particle "ne", the main body of research as a basis for its scholars are based on, the "ne" is divided into “ne” in the non-interrogative and “ne” in questions. By examining "ne" bias case in the HSK dynamic composition corpus and in the questionnaire, summed up three types of errors: "extra", "misuse" and "omissions".Identify the cause of errors: mother language transfer, the target language generalization, learning strategies and other underlying causes, as well as teachers, textbooks and reference books extrinsic reasons. According to the students’ errors, the proposed language teaching block, a phased approach, comparing teaching and other teaching methods.Skinner operational use of learning theory in teaching, ZPD theory, Gagne’s cumulative learning theory and target structure theory, which can improve teaching efficiency. Through the study of five textbooks,proposed "ne" in teaching strategies: adjust "ne" in every sentence in usage, the session content to be derived from the objective.The proposed corpus, setting the context of scheduling and other aspects of the text, as well as exercises designed to focus on specific areas, stage and diversity.
