The rise of the Internet nearly change the way people obtain information, make people into the Information Age. Similarly Internet has also changed the way to safeguard and spread the information of Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH), it has also accelerate the velocity of propagation and the surface of transmission, so that more people can get the relevant knowledge of ICH facilitate. Today, with the invention and popularity of smart phones, and the escalation of mobile Internet technology, the way public access to information are constantly changing. People are more inclined to use mobile devices to work, to study, and surf the Internet, namely access to information. People need to get answers more quickly, more like pictures, videos instead of text. Power of social media becomes more and more strong, people are more willing to believe, to accept what friends say instead of cold, public media. That all changed the way information dissemination, the way protection and propagation ICH should change at the same time. In this paper, through the study of ICH’s digitization process and the characteristics of the spread of mobile terminals, in order to looking for an effective way to use mobile internet to spread ICH knowledge, and at the same time try to formation of a subtle influence on the public from an aesthetic point of view through establishment of ICH based lifestyle brand, and ultimately achieve the goal of protection ICH.There are two main ways to spread the ICH information on a mobile terminal, one is spread by the formed media platforms, and the other is to establish a special ICH protection application. Both approaches have their advantages, and the method of gathering information are not same. Intangible Cultural Heritage crisis is caused by the change of life style, saying: Solution-maker to cause, if the society really want to protect the ICH must allow people to renewed interest in it, which requires efforts of all sectors of society also requires ICH change at the same time.There are twp purposes to building lifestyle brand,the first is make the ICH protection back to life, propaganda different ICH one time, hope to gathering better publicity, the second is make some innovation based on keep the essence of ICH to keep pace with modern aesthetic.Otherwise only through the dissemination of know could not make the ICH real protected.
