The Research On Social Relief Of JiangXi In 1930s~1940s

The article mainly disscusses the Relief Organization of JiangXi conducted a series of relief and rehablitation works in 1930s~1940s. The paper contains three parts.The first part mainly introduces the two Organizatins established and the personal organization. The second part introduces the two organizations carry out specific social relief work. The third part makes an evaluation of relief work of JiangXi in 1930s~1940s. At first, the paper makes a brief disscussion of the Relief Organization, and in 1930s~1940s, in face of the natural disasters and war disasters. On the background of NanJing Government established as well as the UN Relief Agency seted up, the Rlief and Rehabilitation Organization of JiangXi seted up at the historic moment. Not only in the NanJing Government area, but also in the Soviet area all carry out a series of relief works. Among them, the two organizations throughout the JiangXi province to ensure the smooth progress of the relief work. Then, the paper introduces the specific work, and cntains two stages. The early stage notice the relief, and the late notice the arising. In the early stage of the relief activities, mainly introduces the emergency relief, acute vibration, the asylm, vibration and so on. In the late stage of the rehabilitation measures, maialy introduces the vibration, industry, angriculture, transprtation, health care and education rehabilitation. Finlly, the paper makes an evaluation of relief work of JiangXi in 1930s~1940s. The two organizations makes a significant contribution to recover the JiangXi, and lay a foundation for the futuer development of JiangXi province. But in the affirmation of the results at the same time, also should see the serious deficiencies, such as the Party antagonisms, shortage of relief supply and so on. These deficiencies result in the relief work hard to realize.
